THE HEIRLOOM
A full weekend experience captured with intention, ending in a handcrafted heirloom album that becomes part of your legacy.
We will meet and discuss all of the details of your wedding day – I want to hear everything you have planned and envision! During our meeting, I will share how I will approach your wedding day based on your vision and provide guidance on which of my services are the best fit for you.
I. CONSULTATION
Once we select a collection, we will sign an agreement and submit your retainer, which completes your booking. Retainers are 40% of your total balance, with the remaining amount due two weeks before your big day.
II. MAKE IT OFFICIAL
If your collection includes an engagement session, we will get a date on the calendar and begin planning your session together. I will send you my engagement session planning guide with location and outfit ideas. Engagement session galleries are delivered within 3 weeks.
III. ENGAGEMENT SESSION
Three months from your wedding, you will receive a questionnaire that will ask you for all of your day-of details (photo requests, family photo list, portrait locations, etc.). I will also work closely with your planner on developing your wedding day timeline so we can make sure your portrait time is relaxed and fun! Before the big day, we will have a final meeting to review all of the details.
IV. PLANNING
The best day ever! You get to soak in every moment while I capture it all as it unfolds. You'll get a sneak peek within a week following your wedding and your final gallery will be ready within 8 weeks!

I work with several highly experienced professional wedding photographers and they are typically booked for your wedding at the start of the calendar year.
Absolutely! Some venues require a COI for all vendors, which I am happy to provide at your request.
On average, wedding galleries have 1,000 images, but this can vary depending on the timeline and structure of your day.
Yes! Upon booking, I will provide you with a referral list of vendors to help you with the planning process!
